As Rembrandt self portraits reveal how aging bares one’s soul it seems that this has happened with the portraits 
of my husband, Derald, that I made during our marriage years. 
Across a Crowded Room was envisioned to document the medium of interior decoration for me as an artist along 
with the work I did in other media pertinent in each location.
